The front desk clerk was very nice and politely. Very helpful as well. No complaints with the service I received upon arriving at the hotel. Nice area. Over all nice hotel.

The whole hotel smelled of weed. But hey the fire alarms work. What is the point of reserving a room, when I get there I am told the room is not available. This hotel is poorly staffed. I stayed a whole week and not one time did house keeping persons come. Couldn't use the phone because there was no power cord hooked up to it and when I asked for one a work order was put in and the whole week I was there no power cord was provided. I was provided no zero rest the whole week. Zero rest therefore if I could give a zero rating to this hotel I would. I will not stay in another hotel like this, the worst stay in a hotel I have ever had.

Except for one late/overnight female at the front desk, every single employee I encountered from the front desk, the managers, the cleaning staff, and the maintenance workers, they were such pleasant, helpful people.

It would have been nice during the hot and humid Wichita summer if there would have been a pool or an agreement with the neighboring property to use their pool. That is all I would change.

The bathroom was not cleaned. Had hair everywhere in the sink and on the towels. So the housekeeper , did not clean like they were suppose too. Made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. But the sheets appeared to be clean.

It was kinda dirty. Bathtub had lots of long hairs in it. Dropped something on floor and caught a look under bed and it was filthy gross. Along the wall on the floor was dirty.
